Delivery/Pickup Information

Seat n Sleep has one of the largest in-stock inventories in Michigan, with nearly every item we sell available in our local warehouse! We offer either customer pickup or delivery options for your furniture and mattress purchases. We can hold any products for up to 45 days from the purchase date (or the date your sales order becomes available, whichever is later), to accommodate future move-in dates, or the completion of home remodeling projects. A 15% restocking fee can apply for held purchases that are canceled more than 14 days from this date and would be deducted from a refund. We want to be able to address the needs of everyone and the flexibility needed for special circumstances where planned timelines of moving or remodeling don't proceed as planned. Please allow us the chance to address any concerns if your timeline plans for your new furniture and/or mattress change so we can work on a solution.

Free Customer Pickup
Most of our furniture is stocked in our Schoolcraft Distribution Center and will be transferred to our store location for pickup orders (we transfer Tuesday-Saturday including Same-Day Pickups for purchases made by 3pm). Our extensive mattress inventory is stocked at our retail location warehouse and can be picked up when purchased. Products will be provided in original factory packaging, any required assembly is your responsibility. Please inspect all items before accepting the merchandise, any concealed damage or defects must be reported to the store within 48 hours for remedy. Our staff will help load your items, but Seat n Sleep is not responsible for any damage/injury to you, your property, or the merchandise from loading, transportation, or installation into your home. Returns/exchanges on picked-up merchandise are required to be in the same new-condition as when they were received. Warranty/service on picked-up products may either require you to transport a product to our warehouse or pay for in-home service.

Same Day Delivery
"Buy it today, seat or sleep on it tonight!" We offer same day delivery service now Tuesday-Saturday! This exclusive option is available for purchases made by 3 pm and offered on a first come first service basis up to our delivery capacity each day. Curbside delivery options in our regional delivery area start at only $69 (Zone 1 up to 30 miles from our store); we also offer extended distance delivery up to 120 miles away with rates starting at only $79—please contact our store for rates and schedule availability.

Free Delivery
Furniture and mattresses are generally large, heavy and hard to transport. Seat n Sleep offers FREE regional curbside delivery as a service for all of your purchases. We will bring all items in original factory packaging and place them anywhere outside your home or in your garage, any required assembly is your responsibility. Our regional delivery area is 30 miles from our retail store (Zone 1); we also offer extended distance delivery up to 120 miles away with rates starting at only $79—please contact our store for rates and schedule availability. Free delivery route options will be provided at the time of purchase. Same day and/or preferred day curbside delivery options available for our zone 1 area for only $69.

White Glove Delivery
This is a full-service option for our customers. Your furniture and mattresses will be delivered to your home and carried to the room of choice and professionally assembled, and we take all packing debris away. This service is $169 in our regional delivery area (Zone 1: up to 30 miles from our retail store); we also offer extended distance white glove delivery up to 120 miles away with rates starting at only $189—please contact our store for rates and schedule availability. Our white glove delivery option also includes an additional benefit for no-charge in-home service repairs and/or delivery service for authorized warranty exchanges for up to 1 year from original delivery date.

Additional Delivery Information
Please note that we offer same day delivery on many of our products, so we ask that you to be prepared for your delivery appointment in order for our distribution team to meet these scheduling demands. We schedule a 6-hour window for delivery routes (usually 10a-4p), and our team will call to confirm your delivery the morning of your scheduled day with a 1-hour window of their estimated arrival time. We place a second call when in route to your home from the last stop before yours to keep you informed. If you cannot be home for your delivery time slot, please call the sales team to reschedule to a different day or route as the delivery team cannot alter their itinerary. Please have the room ready for your new merchandise for white glove deliveries. For liability reasons, our delivery teams are not permitted to move or remove your existing furniture or mattress from your home and cannot install wall art or install electrical fixtures. Curbside delivery routes are one-man teams and cannot carry products upstairs or into your home, please have help when they arrive to get your items in your home. Please note out-of-box items like floor samples cannot be delivered via curbside service. Someone 18 years or older must be present for all deliveries. No COD’s are accepted from our delivery team, all payments must be made prior to delivery in-store only. When your new products arrive, please inspect all items for defects or damage, any items not satisfactory should be refused and noted on your delivery receipt. Returns and/or exchanges after products have been delivered will be offered according to our company Furniture Satisfaction Guarantee/Mattress Comfort Guarantee explained on this page and will incur a transport fee of $169+; unless the return or exchange is for damaged or defective issues noted and refused at the time of your delivery or in the case of concealed damage/defect provided it is reported to the store within 48 hours of receipt. Damage/defects reported beyond 48 hours of receipt will be handled through our manufacture warranty procedures and transportation cost may apply if white glove delivery service was not purchased for the item
